CSR (Customer Service Representatives)/Receptionists/Front Office Staff – Interacting with clients and presenting a courteous and professional image is the primary role. Applicants will perform general office work, cashiering duties, and light retail stocking. Having excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and being computer proficient are a must. Experience preferred but willing to substitute education and training for suitable applicant showing innate customer service skills.

Technicians – Working to ensure all patients receive a superior level of care our technicians should be dedicated, knowledgeable, and highly self-motivated. Individuals should be proficient in all animal restraint and treatments, have the ability to multi-task, anticipate the needs of the veterinarians, and work at a FAST pace. Record keeping and communication skills are a must. Experience and certification MANDATORY.

Assistants – Primary caregivers for the pet(s) within our hospital as well as those seen on an outpatient basis. Individuals should have the ability to multi-task, anticipate the needs of the veterinarians, and work at a FAST pace. Record keeping and communication skills are a must. The position involves animal husbandry and janitorial tasks. Experience preferred, but applicants showing evidence of a desire to excel and the ability to learn quickly will be considered.

Overnight Technician/Assistant – Primary caregivers for the pet(s) within our hospital. Record keeping and communication skills are a must. The position involves animal husbandry and janitorial tasks. Responsible for the safety, care, direct supervision, feeding, cleaning, and exercise of dogs in our facility. Must be adaptable, able to read behavioral cues, be responsible, and self-motivated. Some sort of pet care experience MANDATORY.
